Can't speak for all locations but Cathy from the Newport News location lacks decent customer service skills that will drive business away from the company. I must agree with another review that said they racist but that's okay by me cause they won't be getting my green dollars was only getting a loan to build credit I'm in no disparate need of cash.

First of all.... The process was extremely effortless! I literally started the application process online and within minutes someone from the office was calling me to get the rest of my information and process the loan request. Everything was explained to me so that I fully understood and wasn't blind sided by any surprises. I work ALOT and was still able to send over all my necessary paperwork electronically without being TIED to the phone. The money was in my account the very next day! And you even have the option to return the funds in the event you don't need them within 7 days without having to pay any interest!!!! I would recommend OneMain Financial to anyone and everyone!

The worst company I have ever dealt with In my life. If I could give them no stars I would. The ladies here are just plain rude and disrespectful. While trying to solve a situation the lady spoke to me like I was trash, insensitive, was very rude, and yelled over me as I spoke. Stay FAR away from this company. I'm 100% sure there are much better loan offices with much better customer service than the ones provided here.

I came in and met with Patty, she was very polite and professional. She answered all my question in a way that I understood. I am very glad that she works at One Main Finanicial because she a credit to this company. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family, because of Patty
