LaTice Moore was very professional, helpful and helped me in a timely manner. I need a loan asap and applied for it around 10am. I was approved around 1030am and I came by the office after work and was able to get my debit card with the money on it right then and there! Fastest I’ve ever gotten a loan before. She made the process very easy and quick! Thank you so much Miss Moore! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ms. LaTice provided the absolute best service! From the very first phone call to giving me direction to the office. She told me everything I needed and that was all that I needed. The environment in the office is spectacular! It’s fresh air, it’s smells nice and is very clean. She was very patient and polite! I recommend the location in Newport! It was fast! This it’s my first time doing business with Omni and I just have to say that LaTice Moore is awesome!! She puts the CARE in her title as Customer Care Specialist. I have never experience such hospitality when applying for a loan. She is all that and more, just as the other reviewers said about her. I do highly recommend Omni Newport News! Ask for LaTice Moore and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Process was very quick, roughly 30 ish minutes, and everyone was very friendly! The environment in the office is open and relaxed, and makes you feel at ease while you go through the process of getting a loan.
