Do not go there they will give you the hardest time . Especially the black woman. Make this your last choice . Fair warning

They never answer the phone when I call to pay, and since the one in Colonial Heights was closed, I either have to commute to Petersburg to pay in person (which I don't) or call the Richmond location. I cannot wait to pay off this loan and just be done with this place altogether. I never bothered coming into the store because if they hardly answer a phone, what makes physically showing up any better? I wish I was allowed to give a zero star rating!

Rude tellers, if you’re not there for a loan they’re grumpy. Must make commission on taking advantage of people.
