Was trying to get information from Susie and she was extremely rude. I understand that you could not release info without authorization, which I was more than willing to get but then the additional comments of well then call a bank was uncalled for. The unprofessionalism and attitude on the phone was uncalled for. Do better about your customer service.

Unprofessional conduct by white female employee. My mother stated she was going to pay them on the first because she was running behind and the employee asked her "Why couldn't she pay... ...you got paid today"(referring to 7/26). I told my mother to never do business there again and to report her. When you almost finish paying your loan out they get nasty. That was completely uncalled for an unnecessary as you never know what a person's situation is! Just nasty!

The white female rep was rude and obnoxious. I have been a perfect customer with a perfect pay record for over a year and they wouldn't even let me borrow a dime.

Suzy is very rude an older white lady. The managers leave their staff unattended and no one to fall back on when the entire company goes on leave to managers meetings. So in order to resolve anything you have to wait the entire week till someone gets back.

This a good place for a loan. When I needed a little extra cash the staff was friendly and nice. They explained everything to me and I did ask alot of questions . I have been dealing with this company for awhile even before they change the name to lendmark earlier this year. It is a process so you do have to wait some but overall very good place when your looking for a loan.

This is the second time I had to write a review on these people. I get down to my last payment and they found a reason to charge me fees on my last payment. BEEN PAYING ON TIME FOUR YEARS STRAIGHT. These people will rip you off however they can. Very uneducated, inexperienced, Don't do business with these people. I should sue them.
