THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! You have to ring the door bell and wait to be let in which is totally fine, they left me sitting outside for 5 mins watching me before even acknowledging me! I rang the doorbell 3 times and then finally someone answered just to say we are with customers and complete a app online! All of that could have been stated to me prior to me sitting out in the cold for 5 MINS!! I then said that’s fine if your with a customer i can wait in the waiting area, she said no and to do a application online! If your under staffed just say that but customer service always comes first! They just lost a potential client due to poor service!!!!
