You can't rate it's a zero they said I could do a loan for 8,000 and then they won't let me have it. The manger or the owner is not friendly she is so rude l.

All the ladies that work at this branch are wonderful and always been very helpful to me.

I tried to get a online banking loan and the company I tried had high ratings with the BBB but they turned out to be fraudulent and tried to get money out of my checking account!! I am every so thankful for stopping it BUT they shut down my online banking, making me feel like a 2 year old being punished, they said that my online banking reopen in 3 months and even though it has been 3 months my online banking is not reopened!! I have depended on my online banking to make sure everything is good!! I have been lost without it!! I am not a child far from it!! I would have given you a 5 due to the fact that everyone there is friendly, I personally know some Of the ladies who work at this branch!! BUT I DO NOT LIKE A LIAR!!

Literally the worst bank you could choose, they like to make sure you overdraft your account so they can charge you $36 by having payments process twice and not informing you also they ask like to not send out your bank statements so you have to go ask for them in person so they can charge a fee for that too. They also like to laugh at you when you go in to ask questions. They also have the habit of locking you out of your mobile banking app so you can’t see what’s going on and they won’t give you any information about it. I would have rated a 0/5 stars if I had the option.
