I set up alerts about transactions over a certain amount. I received one that I didn't recognize. I checked on-line and couldn't find that amount. I called and was told they would look it up and get back to me. The woman was very nice but she hadn't returned my call after two hours. I called back and explained to the man who answered and he said they had no control over the alerts; when I questioned him he hung up on me.

Called regarding an equipment purchase would not go through. After being on the phone for 5 minutes being told how they can't help me because "I'm not shown on the account" I finally hung the phone up. I called my local branch in Salem and they fixed the problem in less then 2 minutes and confirmed I am on the account. Salem branch is 100% legit and extremely helpful. If you call the 800 number, GOOD LUCK.
