For three weeks we have been trying to resolve an issue from 2003. Initially a secretary would actually answer the phone. After several calls to work out the situation and finally get an item faxed (that the recipient never received) it has become impossible to get a live human to answer a call. The outgoing message states one would receive a return call. The first call made THIS WEEK was Monday...we are now at Friday with NO return call. All I am trying to do is help a 90 year old lady fix a problem...how difficult can it be?

I don’t really know how you can give this place a bad review. If you have a medical bill that you want to pay in installments call them and pay your bill in installments. That’s it literally.

Am I the only one who thinks that medkey,carilion and SCA credit being right nextdoor to each other is sketchy?

To be a company that offers help to Carilion employees, the representatives seem to have ZERO compassion....
