This company is awesome. I was a first time home buyer & Getra Hanes was wonderful!!! The most patient positive person I know. She explained everything to me & more. Working after hours to be there if I had any questions or concerns. I really could go on & on. She is really amazing & I definitely recommend her & her team for anyone that is looking to buy a home. Getra Hanes thank you ma'am for being there for me when it was stressful & I didn't understand guiding me through the process!! Wonderful!!!!!!

The process with Chris Diamond was so much smoother than a previous experience I encountered. He really took the pressure off, peace of mind amongst the chaos.

Our mutual clients rave to me about their experience working with him and his team through the home buying process / mortgage loan process. When working with Atlantic Bay staff in completing a home insurance request for a mortgage loan, Jason and his team respond very quickly, the communication is excellent and his office is very organized. Excellent to work with !

Humiliated and disrespected are two appropriate words I can use to describe my experience. Was denied for a USDA loan with a 655 credit score based off of old student loans under closed accounts. Never mind that I met all of the qualifications of this loan. At best, I received a denial letter in the mail that was very inaccurate about the reason(s) of the denial and without so much as a phone call or "Thank you for applying for a loan with us." I wasn't even given any recommendations on things I can do to get approved. This was discrimination and ignorance at it's finest.
