I applied for a personal loan on 8/17/17 and received a confirmation email immediately letting me know that I would be contacted within one business day by a loan officer. It is now 8/22/17 and I have yet to be contacted by anyone, either by phone or email. Your confirmation email should actually read, "You will be contacted within one business day unless you're not approved, then we'll contact you at our leisure."

Great customer service. Just wish lobbies or drive-thru's had Saturday hours....at a few times a month.

Poor customer service, had real estate loan which was paid off in full, have tried 4 times to get lien released, refused to do what legally was required
