Landmark in South Hill, Virginia has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. We waited two days for their credit check to come back and while waiting went to One Main Financial, where our credit check was completed in ten minutes. Every time we called to check the status of the credit check at Lendmark, we were treated like we were bothering the employees and told they would return our call in a few moments, which they never did. At one point, we were told the reason for the delay was that only one in employee showed up for work that day, however when we visited the location minutes later, we observed multiple employees in the office. If you need a loan in the South Hill area, do yourself a favor and go to One Main Financial instead of Lendmark.

Worse experience ever and branch manager Stephanie is absolutely the worse. They are very manipulative, lazy and dishonest. Go elsewhere.
