I definitely appreciate the service I received & the friendly customer service. I'm also extremely grateful that I was able to borrow extra money to pay off a few bills to free up money for the car payment & insurance. I will definitely do business with this company again in the future.

Staff were very courteous and attentive. Did not keep me waiting and were hospitable. The process was efficient and worked smoothly. They ensured that I understood what was being done.

Their system failed to send a text verification and they I was told that I had to come in person, which was inconvenient because I was 4 hrs away. I finally get back to the area and when I was about to go in person as requested, I was then told that I needed to upload my SS card, utility bill and my "whole bank statement" for verification. This was not stated before and also, why do they need an entire list of my personal transactions to verify me after getting my ID, SS card, and a utility bill? They refused to even attempt to explain that. Instead they decided to tell me how many financial institutions they worked for as if that was my question. If you can't explain it, it's a scam.

Not this particular place but generally, all OneMain Financial places nothing but the same old crooks (CitiFinancial) hiding under this current name. Avoid those places at all, run like hell and don't look back unless you like to be robbed. Snakes shed their skins not their habits.
