Everyone with a mortgage knows how taxing the process can be. Melissa and Frances definitely made the entire process as smooth as possible! They both were wonderful to work with and we will continue to use them in the future.

Back in July I initiated the process for a VA IRRRL. Lucky for me, I got Melissa Wilks assigned as my Mortgage Loan Originator. Melissa presented everything in an upfront and professional manner. The Loan Processor assigned to my case was Lina Trau. She and Melissa worked hand in hand every step of the way to ensure my refi went smooth. It did. I think the thing I appreciated most was the speed of their responses to my inquiries along the way. It was generally within an hour of asking a question, or them acknowledging something I sent in to them. Despite these historically busy times for the mortgage industry, they were always right there. If you are out there scrolling through online reviews deciding whether to call Atlantic Mortgage, feel confident that when you pick up the phone and make the call that you will receive first class treatment especially if your case is assigned to these nice ladies. I am so happy that I made to leap to refi during this time when rates are at historic lows. I saved literally hundreds of dollars off of my monthly payment. Who can’t use that $$ bump especially during these financially challenged times! I am a real person just like you out there trying to check out these mortgage companies. hello everyone, i have done at least 10 to 14 refinance loans in my lifetime. Atlantic mortgage recently did a refinance loan for my wife and i, on our home. not only did i receive a 2.25 interest rate fixed, but the loan was the smoothest, fastest, and hassle free. all in about 40 days...thank you Lina Trau who was the loan processor, and Arron who was the initial person i started with. This company Atlantic mortgage funding was definitely the best i have ever encountered with..thank you Lina and Arron. they care!

Absolutely loved Atlantic Mortgage & Funding! Before I heard about Atlantic Mortgage, I tried few other mortgage companies and I was about to change my mind about the whole idea of buying a new home. All that changed when a coworker of mine told me about Atlantic Mortgage & Funding. Although it sounded too good to be true, I still decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did. Stephen Ryan, company rep, was truly amazing. He was trustful, professional and knowledgeable. All I had to do is to give him a permission to pull my credit score. Within minutes we had a deal, with closing costs about $ 8K cheaper, no points, no games. Frances Wilburn was assigned as my loan officer. She made me feel like I was her family member. Stephen and Frances made my buying a home experience a fun. I can't thank them enough!

I recently completed a refinance of my VA loan with Tony Young. He was amazing - he found a great mortgage product for me (and I shopped around to at least 5 other brokers) and he was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. Very professional. The timeline he promised me came through and I closed on my new loan yesterday. Cannot give him a higher recommendation!
