Guild Mortgage was able to help my wife and I get a home loan when two major banks had left us high and dry. We had made it through majority of the home loan process through one bank, and with less than two weeks leftt, at the point in the process where we just had to make sure we had the necessary closing money in our accounts, the bank decided it did not want to use our down-payment assistance program.
