BEWARE FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS!! As a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect. I did not expect something this unprofessional and unorganized from such a reputable lender. We had to extend our close date due to the lack of care and attention given to our loan and even almost missed the rescheduled close date because they would not get documents where they needed to go in a timely fashion.On top of that they changed terms in our closing disclosure, after it was signed and discussed previously; in regards to coverages that would protect us, as the buyers from any title issues. Not only that they told us that our first mortgage payment would be due on a certain date and changed that date when they finally submitted our documents to the closers. We could NOT call for any questions because it was submitted right before they left for the day. Terrible communication.

Just closed on my house today! I just want to say that the staff at PrimeLending are Top notch! Always super quick to respond and works hard to make sure everything is taken care of i would recommend them to anyone!

- Back in December I bought a mobile trailer from one of Taylor’s clients. Taylor was helping them find a house. Long story short, Taylor called me asking and begging for my time for them to stay in the trailer, so he would not put his clients into a hotel. when I already had tenants coming in; in the middle of February. Taylor said that he had made a mistake on his end and he did not know when they could sign on a house. So out of good faith I moved my tenants back a month. To help out. Taylor said he would compensate me for the month. I get text Tuesday saying they are signing the paper work such n such date. So he did not need the month anymore... so now I have no tenets for February and have to come out of pocket until March. If Taylor never called me I would be getting paid for my mobile home... Taylor began to ignore me for the following weeks. An I have yet to receive my money for the month of February... I would not do business with Taylor Lauden if you are in the Winchester area... not a good person or business man to deal with

Anita handled my mortgage on my first home. She was very patient with me & always answered my questions in a way I could understand.. She found a program that was perfect for me, & my payments are smaller than I thought they might me. I strongly recommend her & Prime Lending.

I honestly have nothing nice to say about this company, let alone about Natalie specifically. Natalie was our second lender within this company. She assured us she would help us get to where we needed to be after explaining out situation. But it seemed like she had her own agenda and was not interested in meeting our needs like we asked. After asking to move forward in the process she completely ghosted us. Did not return emails, phone calls, texts. Completely fell off the map and never returned! Still hasn’t Returned! Completely unprofessional. But clearly that was a blessing in disguise because my fiancé and I are now and a brand new home despite the false information/lack of help from her and this company.
