The best pawn shop i have ever been too.Would tell everybody to go their to pawn or buy.Mike and the guys are the greatest.

The customer service was awful, disrespectful people. They always try to low ball it as much as they can and try to scam you. Honestly their are pawn shops within 2 miles that will give you more and have far better customer service.

Was ignored and basically refused service. Made zero sense they literally had an easy sale. Just needed a starter professional camera to learn with for cheap. Found one there would have taken 3 minutes. The Hispanic guys there were more concerned with closing and going home than making money. Asked me to move out of the way several times but never once asked did I need assistance. Never come here they apparently don’t want your money anyway and they will disregard you. Called the store and they had a weak explanation of why I was refused service and basically didn’t care. If possible I would give negative 1 star!

Excellent customer service. I only go to 2 pawn shops around the area because they are only ones worth going. And metro pawn is number one for sure. They are all nice and great at there jobs. Great inventory knowledge and very helpful when any questions are asked. I had a great experience today, so i received a lowes merchandise card for Christmas because I had a Carpenter job at the time and I could use it for tools, well that job ended up not working out for me and I had no use for the card. So I brought the card in and for some reason it was unavailable to get the balance off of the card by calling into the number. So they actually took time out of there day to help me out and physically drove up to lowes and got the balance off of the card themselves in person. Granted today was the day the blizzard hit so they took a big chance even going out there to get the balance. It just really showed me how far they go to make a customer happy. On another note I have also done multiple loans and get great prices and they have a very good inventory stock at good prices. In all just a great staff and a great pawn shop. AKA Metro pawn. Bought a Stihl MS661C chainsaw for $1126.92 and found out the chainsaw has a scored piston. I offered seller I would keep and fix saw for a partial refund to cover just the rebuild kit cost of $379. I was willing to pay labor cost. No response. Ebay sent me a return ship label - not seller. Ebay is refunding me - not seller. Seller is pawn shop with a bunch of negative and neutral feedback from buyers on Ebay. I looked them up on google and more unhappy customers found there also. Not a very honest seller in my opinion. Do your own research prior to purchasing from this shady pawn shop. Keep in mind if you see that Stihl chainsaw for sale by them it has a scored piston and needs a top end rebuild kit installed. You all have been warned. If I could leave zero star I would.

One of the best places if you need a pawn loan, good pricing no undercutting and great staff. If you need extra time to pay they will accommodate. Just ask for Mike. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

I have been dealing with these gentlemen for over ten years and the customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen always have given me and my friends the best value for our money and items we have brought to them I would highly recommend Vault Pawn for items being brought or sold by them. They also do Loans at a reasonable rate.....
