Bruce Burner and his team from Benchmark did it again!!! This is the 3rd loan I’ve had the pleasure of working with them on and service just making home buying so easy! As a military family PCS’g from New Jersey to Virginia, Bruce linked us up with a stellar Realator referral whom bent over backwards for us. Bruce’s team also stayed in close contact with us every step of the way using modern means to pass pertinent information via video conferencing, email, text, and electronic viewing/signing features resulting in a speedy streamlined closing process! Bruce’s team was able to have our home clear to close in 18 days and the sellers of our home requested a 2 day extension so we closed and had keys in hand in just 20 days!! The hybrid closing option his team offered allowed us to esign almost every document and they had a notary come to our home in NJ to witness and notarize our docs that needed a wet signature which saved us on making a trip to VA to do it all in person which was convenient. Highly recommend Bruce and his team!!
