Very offensive, rude, sarcastic, belittling, made me feel super inferior. Unfriendly branch manager. Zero customer relationship. Felt like I was at a dictatorship scary won’t let me take out more the $3,210. Inconsiderate mediators, zero sympathy for someone who has medical issues. Poor explanation to when I could come back to withdraw any more cash. Sadly made me feel super inferior as if none of my money was mine unless I wanted to remove it in a paper form. Expressed I’d like to have cash in hand for bargaining but kept throwing me back to why can’t you just give somebody a cashiers check. I thought it was inappropriate to asked how and why I wanted to spend for hard working funds. I work seven days a week for my money.

My wife tried logging into our account on her phone and it locked the account out.. are you kidding me? Your security set up is ridiculous. I should NOT have to call to get that fixed. Hell i should be able to log in using the correct password. Ridiculous

I love DuPont! Switched to banking here several years ago because my old bank did not have personal service. DuPont provides that and more. Their products work for me and their staff is friendly and helpful.

Couldn't give this bank a better rating. Been banking with DCCU for over 5 years now. They helped me get a great deal on a car loan, when my previous bank(BB&T) wouldn't even give me a loan at all. They also helped refinance my private college loans and I went from pay 9.8% interest to under 3%. Also with their app I can do most of my banking online-- cashing checks, reviewing my financials, and loan payments.

This bank has on multiple occasions bounced our checks when there has been plenty of money available. They are another Bank of America and are scamming people with the way they adjust your debit/check purchases going out. I personally have had this happen to my business now over 5 times in less then one month. Our credit card payments will be pending to deposit and instead of allowing our deposits to post first they literally will run every check you have out or cashed and bounce them then charge you a 25 dollar bounce fee, I'm so so so serious when I say this... one to two minutes after they just screwed us they allowed our busines ACH credit card deposit to post.
Please do not bring your business to this bank.. this is now officially my number two bank of corruption..
Beware they will rob you blind. We will be taking our business account elsewhere as of today
Unbelievable this bank might just be even worse then wells Fargo..

When I started here I would have given 5 stars. I left Truist as they were so large and impersonal that I no longer felt like a valued customer. Dupont made me feel welcome. I could call and speak to someone in the bank that had helped me get set up and going. Calling customer service was easy and they answered in a very reasonable amount of time. Now? Not so much. I've waited on hold way too long for issues I needed help with. More than once. This am I went in moments after they opened. Maybe 9:15 am. One customer and one visible teller and one employee in an office with a customer. No problem. Until I waited way too long as this one customer had an issue the teller could not remedy. I eventually saw her go into the back and heard her talking to someone so I knew others were working yet no one came out to help the customer who was standing there way too long. Finally a manager (I believe) came out to help the lone employee with the issue at hand and it was still not an easy fix. Finally yet again here comes a 3rd employee from the back office and he asked if he could help me. He dropped the ball at first but recovered and got what I needed done. But why neither of these 2 never came out to assist what was apparent a struggling teller is beyond me. (Until she went looking for help) I left Truist based on recs from friends and when I came here I felt like I was in a small town bank and I was thrilled. Now I fill like I am in the replica of Truist. Looking elsewhere now.

I’ve been banking with DuPont since 2016 I love there rewards checking and the available options they offer at the ATM and how you now receive your pay check 2 days early and they are always willing to help you out when you apply for loan I’ve never been turned down DuPont in my opinion is best credit union I’ve ever been with

This used to be my favorite bank I told anyone that would listen about them, I've been a member #since 2014 never had an issue a bounced check nor A fee I enjoyed the friendly and knowledgable staff There . Until the last year or so I'm not sure the changes that were made ,but the service has went downhill and the debit no longer comes out immediately it seems this once great credit union has went the way of the big banks and now does pending debits etc that result in lag behind debits that can end up being costly overdrafts , this is a tactic used by other banks that had led us to Dupont , when we used the debit card it came out immediately no pending . I guess they must have reached big money status and like most corporations they reach a point that they forget the reason they are successful and start doing there customers dirty ,my family and many of my friends alot of folks that we touted the qualities and greatness of Dupont to have all been shocked at the draft fees and underhandedness of there once favorite credit union .its just another reason not to trust corporate America . I've called them spoken to a nice lady that promised to return my call regarding my issue , at this writing I have not received a return call .I've called the call center 15 times since and no answer at a call center . I cannot access my account nor can my wife access hers , and she has nothing to do with my account , I betcha if our loans and cards wee due there would be access , ridiculous and Shame on you Dupont !!!! Think I'm gonna try truist,but I'm wary they put an I in trust ,#DownwithBANKSTERS!!!!!
