I went here today because the Brattleboro Police Department hasn't updated their location on Google maps! And a very nice lady Dianna actually printed me a bus schedule! Old school the way life should be, thanks Dianna! Have a blessed day!

Horrible, horrible. Had an old inactive savings acct that I kept for years with Merchants. Purposely made account inactive since I wasn't technically using it but still needed it open. Community took over, reopened the account, began charging me monthly fees, and sent me NO communication. Low and behold, I finally get my first letter stating my account was overreacted by 55.00 and that my account has been "written off" and turned over to collections. Not only did this wreck my credit score, it ruined my profile and my name from opening any new accounts at ANY bank. Of course, had I known, I would have fixed it or closed it, but I NEVER received anything at all. This should be criminal at the least. Obviously, this was a well played tactic to make themselves money while they FU**, the customer!
