Members 1st Credit Union, Brattleboro, VT

I have been a customer of this credit union for about 5 years and found it's basic services local, personable, but l had a big problem with some unauthorized banking done on my account in total a 500 dollar loss. What disappointed me the most was the lack of Evalyn's follow up with me as l waited a week to here back on my loss. I had to call to find out there was... " nothing we can do"...l understood, but but it was her lack of customer care that takes center of my complaint .

Great place to do business with!

Do not do business with this bank. My partner has been with them for 10 years and for the first time he has had to dispute a charge. The woman at the bank did not help him dispute the charge, an unauthorized charge that was a large amount and charged multiple times. The woman at the bank didn't believe him, there was "nothing they could" but recommended us to call the establishment and ask for money back. I never seen such poor service with a bank. We will be closing all accounts with this place and its been a long time coming. Thanks for nothing.

Members 1st cu is a great place to do all banking! They are very professional and courteous! I really like the fact of when you walk in there they know your name! I highly recommend this credit union for all of your needs!
