Heritage Family Credit Union, Manchester, VT

Aweful is the main word that I can say about Heritage credit union. Customer service is non existence. Try getting anyone on the phone here. I waited over 35 minutes on the phone and ended up being helped but from someone in Albania 🇦🇱 geez More importantly they claim that they are doing loans but are not.. why would they when they can take in deposits and pay us Sheep under one percent interest at the same time take those deposits and buy 0ne year treasuries at 5,30 percent. So they lie to get you to open an account

This is a nice little credit union and Molly is always delivering great customer service!
