I had an amazing experience with both Dick Kittredge and his wife, MaryJane, the two owners of Kittredge Mortgage. I had purchased six homes prior to using them and generally used mortgage companies over the internet. You can't compare the experience of dealing directly with local people. They were terrific and I can't say enough good things about the experience.

It is usually my preference to contact the owner of a business I have grievance with directly, so that he/she has the opportunity to address the concern privately. However, my experience with Mr. Kittredge while trying to purchase a home in Manchester was so horrid that I feel acutely compelled to review this business publicly.
