Very great bank I love citizens bank if your looking for a bank this is where you need to set one up very nice employees and very Convenient when you need to get ahold of someome ethier at the branch or Customer service I had a few problems which were Resolved in a quick professional way I'm trying to resolve this latest one thats not going as great as I thought. my account is owed money from Amazon and I am yet to recieve the cridet from them its my only problem with citizens I'm not sure why but the bank chairman "Jackie" I am supposed to be working with I don't belive is doing the best to get the cridet back from Amazon so I'm stuck in the back in forth with the bank and Amazon which is not so Professional and trying to stick me paying a negitive balance I shouldn't be paying waiting for the day the account is back into the postive but I'm not going to hold my breath.if it was my mistake I would pay it just Becareful with Amazon while banking with citizens you might find yourself in a bind and next thing you know your negitive hundreds of dollars.i wasn't going to mention I went threw 3 debit cards because they were compermised but like I said great bank great people just for myself great in the beginning but then its been horrible experience after horrible experince just hope they work out my issuie then maybe negitive parts will change good luck.
