M&T Bank, Saint Albans City, VT

When I have a problem , this bank and the employees have been great. The employees can't drop everything when a person walk in the bank or at the window. People need to have respect ect. when they want serves. They is alot of people out there don't respect the people that is tried to help us in banks stores etc..

I have been with People's United Bank since it was Chittenden Bank and before that First Nat'l Bank! 36 years.

The manager, Deb, is poorly versed company policy and extremely rude. On two separate occasions, she provided the wrong information to myself and the teller, resulting in a failed transaction. On one of these occasions, I had called People's to verify the procedure before visiting the branch. Deb argued that the procedure was different than what People's had said on the phone and provided a stack of paperwork to fill out. A week later, she called to say the transaction had failed and began to personally attack me.

Very slow service. Pretty much sums it up. Better off finding another bank.

Love the team! Especially the new manager.
