Vermont Federal Credit Union offered of a 10 year mini mortgage which was just what we were looking for. The loan officer, Samantha was such a pleasure to work with. She made the process go smoothly!

Sam at VTFCU was great to work with. She was able to send all the information and paperwork to me online, so I didn't have to leave my house to refinance. She explained the options very clearly, and the entire process was easy and quick!

Sam was excellent! The easiest car loan. My daughter and I have financed at least 4 vehicles through Vermont Federal over the past 10 years. Sam was the best loan officer. Being a member of the Credit Union was like being a member of the family! Can't thank her enough for her help.
