The biggest complaint that I have about this institution is that no one ever answers the phone. Today is October 3, 2022 and the bank just went through a complete online system upgrade. Why would you do a system upgrade on the first work day of the month? This is when money that is automatically deducted it’s taken out and this is when people need to transfer money around to other accounts and the entire system is down. On top of that, they sent out new debit cards that have to be activated today as well. We got debit cards for all of our accounts and when we call to activate them they say that our account is not found. So naturally we call and try to figure out what’s going on and no one at any of the branches will answer the phone. I’m just waiting for a company to try to make an automatic payment and not be able to because the system is down, our debit cards will not activate, our accounts are not found and no one will answer the phone to help us. My suggestion is find a better banking institution with better customer service.

This is a great place to be a member. Everyone is so friendly, and when I walked in last week with sunglasses and a mask, the first thing I heard was " Hi, Connie!!!" I've been a member for years, and I'll never leave.
This, in no way, diminishes professionalism and knowledge, for which they also excel!

Not a member but used their atm for cash, the atm charged me $3 at the time for a fee and then another $2.50 after that. It’s completely ridiculous for a bank to charge $5.50 for a fee. Especially since they atm doesn’t state that much it only says $3 at the time of withdrawal, feels like a scam to me
