I appreciate the loan, but dread the service. My experience was with Kelso and Jenny so I will speak on that experience alone. After being transferred 4-5 times I was given to Jenny who apparently was the only one who could tell me my loan was approve, weird but ok. Only for her to transfer me again where I was given to Kelso or Aaron, still not sure if thats one person. I thought I was on the phone with a bank but instead I was met with such unprofessionalism. They could both use a class in etiquette. Maybe apply your services with a sense of urgency?

My fiance has been trying to default on his car over a week. Every time he calls he gets a different answer. Nothing has been done. The car is still just sitting on the side of a street and we can't do anything about it. Don't ever do business with these people.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from every team member there. I hit a low and they worked with me. Gave me several options, and I was able to save my car. I will being using them again. Thank you all for your hard work, and amazing customer service.

Great company, as long as you make payments, or inform them of situations, they will work with you. I have financed multiple vehicles through them and will continue too.
