My fault for agreeing to purchase the Kirby when the salespersons were already representing themselves unprofessionally, I should’ve known the finance company would be the same experience. I found Merchants website super shady. All you can do is make a payment; you can’t view your remaining balance, you don’t get a confirmation email, there’s no account to log in to to keep track of payments. That said, they were only ever a bother when I made a late payment, which is understandable and expected. For now, I’ll give them 4 stars but that may change depending on how quickly and accurately my pay off check in the mail is processed.

I called to get a balance check, I know I’m going to butcher his name but I’m pretty sure he said vel (sorry) answered was nothing short of amazing! He answered all my questions with kindness and grace. I read so many negative reviews I was incredibly nervous to call, but now I’m glad I did so I could give them a review they deserve. Thank you for being so kind and patient!

Amazing finance company. The negative reviews are from people who don't understand financing.
If you don't pay, yes they will call you to get their money.
The companies employees are impeccable! Blaming them or a Kirby salesmen for being irresponsible is... immature.

When I first got my loan through Merchant I was a bit upset with my self because I knew it was over paying for my Kerby. In the end it was actually easy because I didn't have to do anything, just let the bi-weekly payments come out of my account. I only contacted the company a few times to request my balance and they were always helpful. In the end they helped my credit because of my recent bankruptcy. My account is now paid in full and they sent me the original contract in the mail.

Edward helped me exceptionally well with paying off my account. He assisted me with a toll free number to reach out to the distributor in our new area, since we moved. He even waived the 6$ phone processing fee, since I was paying off the account in full. I have had this account for several years. It felt great having Edward congratulated me on my payoff. You are an asset! Thank you again!

Called in on Saturday and was helped by a very nice young man named Eric who made it quick and pleasant for me to take care of my account. He even spoke with management and had fee for phone payment dismissed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
