Martha and Tim have been amazing helping me with this process I started this back in April 2019. They helped me clean up my credit sure it's still.a work in progress but I'm not drowning like I was. If I'm going to be late on a payment or something had happened with the payment they both have been kind and flexible in helping me work with my pay periods to make sure my payment goes through.

During the initial loan proposal process, the associate we worked with was fantastic. He explained things well, provided us with great options, and moved the process along very quickly. However, after we signed on the dotted line and went home, things kind of fell apart. I called 3 times over the next business days to verify receipt of emails the included pertinent information needed to pay off two accounts. The associate was never available and I left messages with no response. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he never received my messages or emails. So now things are days behind initial expectations. It was very disappointing and irritating. This is more a reflection on this location, not OneMain in general. The only negative I have is their interest rate. However, they are helping me clean up my credit and I understand they are in the business of making money. They are worth at least a phone call if you are in need of a personal loan.
