This company is predatory with insane rates and underhanded tactics. This company ended up taking my in house finance loan which already had a high finance rate of 12 % and hiked it up to 33%. The vehicle I was financing ended up coming out of gear while I was putting my son in it and rolled away while I was putting things in the trunk. I had to chase it down and dive in to stop it. I told Jason that I wanted to defer a payment to get the car checked out. He acted so nice and told me he would send the paperwork to sign. I offered to come in and he told me it's almost Christmas don't worry etc. Papers never came but a tow truck reposessed my car for $211. Even the driver apologized because he didn't understand the reason. When I called to find out why Jason told me that I mentioned paying the car off early and that he was going to get his profit from me one way or another. He said I would need to pay $1500 to get the car back. I told him to keep it. Later on he showed up at my residence to try to discuss payments, called and harassed me and then refused the payment amount I wanted to pay. He tried to get $900 up front knowing I had to buy another vehicle because he had mine reposessed for $211. I never received the court order to sue me and made small payments to this debt. It ended up being a garnishment anyway which I paid, for much lower than what United finance wanted to charge me.

I was frustrated with process regarding a possible late fees. When I started to be stern about asking questions about their late fee process...their office staff Dawn started to be rude and condescending, especially after I asked to speak to their supervisor. I informed Dawn, I am upset about the process and not at her and again in a condescending tone "oh gosh, I am so sorry, let me get my boss on the line..." Robert got on the phone and said she did nothing wrong. I escalated it to their corporate office and they said "We will talk to the office team in Auburn..."

Applying for a loan is never fun but I’ve used United Finance on a couple of occasions now and each time Robert and his team have been super friendly, responsive, and quick. There’s no prepayment penalties and I would highly recommend going to the folks at the Tacoma/Parkland office. Super nice people and not intimidating at all.

I had a great experience. They was fast good customers service. I was discouraged because ni email, but please don't let this discourage you.Give them a try. Plus, I found direct contact was even better and I was more clear on what I need as for as my documentation jo back and forth emails was great. I hope this helps someone else.

This is about the customer service, not about their loaning of money.
They were all nice and friendly when I turned in an application for the loan.
I was told I'd get a call back. I called 3 different times before I finally got the info that my loan was denied.
In short, if they think you can make them $ they will happily deal with you. If you're denied, you aren't even worth a phone call back. Profits before people.

Usually I have a great time on the phone when paying my bill at united. I spoke with a lady by the name of Loren at auburn branch who was rude as heck when speaking to me. Made me feel lower then her because I was asking for a partial payment(which I didn’t know they don’t do). Usually I’m not one to complain but The way she talked to me hurt. I asked for her hr number or whoever I could speak to about her behavior but she said they usually don’t answer and didn’t give me a number. She must have woken on the wrong side of the bed. Peace and love.

This United Finance Branch is very organized and has an very professional staff. United Finance has given second chances to so many people and is willing to work with you as long as you COMMUNICATE with them. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them.

I applied a loan from this branch on advice from my cousin. I was denied a loan here, but they were kind and explained why in a way that I understood, and they didnt make me feel bad about it. I hope once things get fixed on my end I might requalify here! I highly recommend this branch on thier customer service alone.
