UPDATE: we just refinanced again because Deb gave me a heads up I was eligible for a better rate. The process was easy. I now have so much trust in Deb, and anyone she vouches for, that I didn't thoroughly read my refinance paperwork. I read software EULAs, but was comfortable only skimming through refinance papers before signing. That's how much I trust Deb. Highly recommend I've now worked with Deb twice on the mortgage and then refinancing of my house. She is incredibly easy to work with. Organized, responsive, excellent communication, sets expectations - just excellent. We hit a delay because I was sick and couldn't go into work to print physical copies of a few documents. So she printed them and delivered them to my house - braving the quarantine zone to explain them to me for signing. Deb really goes above and beyond.
