After getting exactly no where with another lending portal for weeks, we tried out Lendio who turned out to be a great choice. We had a few minor issues but it had seem impossible to get in touch with anyone elsewhere. Lendio helped us resolve them quickly by getting us to the right contact. They were highly responsive and seemed to really care if the applicants get funded or not. We are thankful for the the Seattle team's service and will be back for future funding needs.

*UPDATED to respond* I received MULTIPLE emails from Lendio telling me our PPP would fund any day. All documents were provided well before the cutoff. "You have not seen the funds?" - Karen Davis. Is that normal to send out to someone who is missing documents? I stand by my review. Lendio cost me PPP. *** Lost PPP because of Lendio. Major disappointment! Was told it had funded. Even gave me a SBA loan number. Money never received. Kept telling me it would hit our account any day, right until it was too late to go to someone else. Never given a reason and then Lendio stopped communicating. Feels super shady. Would never ever use Lendio again.

The team at Lendio has been such a huge support to our business. Helping us find a lender to support us with the PPP Loan process and being there all along the way to ensure our questions were answered and our needs were taken care of. Our big bank-Chase-made PPP process a nightmare and took care of their big clients before assisting all the small businesses so Lendio was our HERO! Thanks for taking good care of us and showing us that little businesses also matter.
