Their response time was incredible, and I felt like I was in the best hands possible, as they walked me through each step of the process. They kept in contact with me and helped me understand what next steps needed to be taken in order to get my new van. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends!

Bad business! The guy John is very bad business. I simply asked for a quote in 2020 and decided not to go fourth with the process, no documents was sent out or nothing just simply filled out a credit app and didn’t agree with the rates. I didn’t send no money or anything. Well I decided to revisit them and see if I could get a better quote. I initially was going to go fourth this time but I didn’t sign any documents again. I sent John 10k just to lock in a rate nothing less, which he only gave me 5 days to do that. He first told me I had No pay off Penalties the when I asked again on email “ he called” and said I have to keep it for 12 months. NO PENALTIES MEANS NO PENALTIES. He called with stimulation which means penalties. So I ask him to send my 10k back and he sent me 7500. He claims documents fee from “ 2020 QUOTE” and 2022 QUOTE. Keep in mind I didn’t sign a single document. John is very bad business and if he talks to you long enough you will see. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Other loan companies will say the same about them just ask around.

I recently started up a trucking company. This was my first semi truck to purchase. Finding the truck that met my needs was the most difficult part. Josh Lucas made the financing easy. Josh and his team at HIL Financial were very personable and professional. Josh was able to find a suitable lender, with a great interest rate, in 36 hours. We're extremely happy with Josh and HIL financial. We will be using Josh and HIL financial for future purchases. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

Robert Wolverton and Joey Costa are extremely accommodating and communicative. I am so thankful that I was shown such patience while being guided through the entirety of my loan process- I have had difficulties in the past, considering my credit profile is definitely not the strongest, but Rob and his team made it happen!! After talking with Robert at the beginning I knew it was going to be a smooth process. Got hung up a few times over a few documents, but they managed to make everything come together in a timely manner. Communication was great from beginning to end. I would have no problem working with them again.
