Sammamish Mortgage was the best choice in terms of price and local availability. Although it was an unknown lender to me and could've been a risk, reading online reviews were helpful and gave me the confidence. I received helpful text messages and emails about current status, outstanding action items as well as next steps. Working with Trevor and Suzanne was great--they were readily available via phone and email when I had any questions/needed guidance. Entire lending process was super smooth despite this being my very first mortgage and I managed to close the purchase within 3 business weeks (15 business days) from start to finish.

All the members from Sammamish were extremely professional and were there every step of the way to get us through the finish line. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns and very timely when sending appropriate documentation to sign. They are not versed with handling clients who may have issues applying for a traditional loan, but otherwise I wouldn't want to work with anyone else now if I ever need a loan again for a home.

But that's just the beginning: the quality of service consistently exceeded my expectations. Trevor was helpful, responsive, and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me evaluate tradeoffs, and supported our family in finding the right loan option. In addition, Tonya was great as our Loan Processor. We had a 3-week closing period and Sammamish Mortgage was able to meet that tight turnaround. Tonya was great throughout the process: she kept us informed, educated us about the process, and made sure everything continued to move forward. Overall, I cannot recommend Sammamish Mortgage highly enough, and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Sammamish Mortgage was incredible to work with. I was able to start shopping for homes with a pre approval letter the same week and funds were closed 3 weeks after offer was submitted. They were professional and very knowledgeable about the market and got me the best rate possible in a higher interest rate time period. They were organized and overall amazing to work with! This was my second home purchase and my previous experience with the lender was tedious and complicated. I thought that’s how buying a house, but Sammamish Mortgage made buying a home easy! I will use them every time for a refi, or other home purchases in the future!
