I was looking to refinance and Accelin had the best rates at the time. The loan originator was Priscilla Netto. It was a great experience working with her: always available and ready to answer any questions, which worked great, as I had to go through after work. The tentative numbers she gave at the very first conversation were very close to the final numbers at closing. Everything has been done with no delays. The processor was Reen Renaud, she was also easy to contact and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with Accelin team I was working with. Would work with them again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

My brother-in-law recommended Girish Modgill and I am so glad he did. My experience with Girish was seamless. He addressed my multiple inquiries as I was trying to educate myself on the refinance process and understand all the fees and paperwork. He was available seven days a week and took my calls no matter what time it was. He was kind, patient, transparent and professional. I would highly recommend Girish to whoever wants top not experience! So-Young You was my loan processor and helped make the refinance progress smooth and quick. It was a pleasure to work with my highly experienced team!

I don't know how other reviewers have had such different experiences with Accelin but I have worked with them twice in the last year, both experiences were spectacular for me. I did some rate shopping a year ago and found that they were the lowest from a "common rate comparison site". After filling out the initial information they were fast to communicate, had the best rates and had a flawless experience getting my refi closed. Dave Jiminez was my contact on that loan and he was super easy to work with in all steps of the process. Recently rates have been even better and I reached out again to check on what was available. Eric Miller replied and I had yet another painless experience. I want to add that I was out of town for signing and they made everything super easy, even out of state. Stacy and the others I interacted with were amazing as well.

Let me start by saying that I am overall very happy with the loan that I received from Accelin Loans. I have an amazing rate on a 20-year fixed loan with low closing costs that will help me to pay off my home faster. That is the most important thing. On a similar positive note, the loan processor that I worked with (Sue So-Young) was absolutely amazing. She responded to my emails and phone calls immediately and she was exceptionally clear in all her communications. My loan was processed in less than 30 days as a result of her great work. So, why the 4 star review? My loan officer was just average. It would typically take him about 2-3 days to get back to me when I asked questions, and oftentimes, I had to email/call/text him multiple times to get a response. As you can imagine, in a business where responsiveness is key, I found the lack of responsiveness to be frustrating at times. Fortunately, this did not end up impacting my rate or my ability to close my loan on time. And, the majority of my communications ended up being with my loan processor, who as I mentioned before, was absolutely amazing. I would use Accelin Loans in the future, because the overall result for me was an excellent loan, which is what I wanted at the end of the day.

Dave was knowledgeable about the various options. Nam provided exceptional service on the processing end. The escrow company messed some things up, and Nam took the time to get things fixed even though it wasn't technically her job. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Jesse Welch at Accelin loans. We shopped multiple lenders. Accelin had the best rate for us, and Jesse was personable with communication always answering our questions in a timely manner. Jesse made us feel like a priority by truly understanding our situation. Huge difference compared to bigger companies that treat you like a number. Thanks to Jesse and Accelin for making this stressful process easy! We will definitely work with both again!
