I highly recommend Dave Hunsaker’s Archstone Mortgage for any mortgage needs, having used them twice. They have access to all kinds of loans, for refi, purchase, even hard money. The customer service is top notch and they are very reasonable on fees.

These guys were great to work with. We had a bit of a complicated situation for getting them the required documents, but they able to work around it flawlessly. The loan was approved ahead of schedule despite the documents taking me a while to get. I had many questions, which they were always happy to answer, so I can't say enough about their level of service.
