The manager Becca and her employee glasses and grn hair I believe. Where amazing on helping me get a loan. Very friendly and just so helpful with everything. I will definitely recommend this place, it's a lot cleaner then most pawn shops.

Horrible service, rude management and very passive aggressive. They would not let my girlfriend pawn her jewelry because they said we were married and they didn't want to take the risk. We tried to calmly explain we were not married and the manager still was being passive aggressive, insouciant and down right rude. I do not recommend going there and I felt the manager was also prejudice because she looked at me as if I was threating. This place was was down right disrespectful and shows no compassion. I tried to be polite but all I got was rude and irrate behavior. If they reply to my comment and say they hope I don't come back wish granted. The only thing I hope is they get more positive and respectful staff who can obviously know the difference between being legally married and just dating.

This pawn shop is on its last legs. There are no employees here that know the value of any objects in the store. Total ignorance combined with poor customer service means overpriced trash and terrible service. Would recommend anywhere other than this place

I pawn my 22 k gold rope chain and they replaced it with cheapy 18k pos. And according to one of the manager there's only 3 manager that have access to their safe. So one of them had did it. Cash america pawn shop cannot be trusted. Please read your paper carefully and even take picture

Complete rip offs... Poor service, garbage for sale on the shelves, and nowhere near realistic loan prices. They are to used to ripping tweeks off for their stolen goods rather then giving real people loans to help them out

YOU NEED TO HIRE POLITE WORKERS with good customer service skills. My husband and I were there on Monday, we wanted to buy a couple of DVD movies and a laptop. We were ready to buy it or put it in layaway . We asked all the necessary questions but the woman who was supposed to help us gave us tons of excuses, she seriously didn't want to help us .She was saying we can't test the laptop because it wasn't charged then my husband wanted to test it she had an attitude she was getting increasingly angry with us for no reason. How are we supposed to but something if we don't test it? I don't know her name but I can describe her.. She's short skinny dark brown messy hair in a chignon, probably Mexican or Philippines has 2 Piercings on her mouth. Very Rude !!!

My husband and I came in and had some questions about a ring we have. The lady working up front (I believe her name is Krystal) was incredibly rude and short with us. I highly suggest hiring people that have better attitudes, especially working with customers. We will not be back.

Always get good prices for what I pawn. Chantelle is the bomb. Have never encountered anyone rude. Maybe I'm just lucky?
