Kitsap Credit Union, Bremerton, WA

You can’t set up automatic transfer to pay a loan without having a checking account despite their website claiming you can set them up using the provided savings account. This system is unnecessarily convoluted and impossible to use without creating a checking account. Wonderfully shady business!

Been a member here for just about 8 years.They have lost track of my bill payments on multiple occasions and damaged my credit score. Each time they have come back and apologized and everything but the fact it keeps happening is incredibly frustrating. I will never take out another loan with Kitsap Credit union and I thoroughly discourage others from doing so.

Poor customer service of one of the teller. Happened not only once but few times already with the same person. I wonder why they can not treat people the same? We have been a member for so many years and most of the employees before were accommodating & trying their best to help meet the needs of the member. Now it is gone! & time to move to another bank. Felt so disappointed!

Kitsap Credit Union is by far the best bank I have ever been a member of. They have a team of experts that monitor your credit card usage. Twice now someone has tried to use my card and they have caught it and alerted me right away. Within minutes it was handled. Then I just go in person and get my card replaced. Their customer service is spot on every single time. I am so happy to be a credit union member.

Very good place to deposit checks and saving money.

Edward from this branch is incredibly kind, diligent and has great customer service. He went above and beyond to attend to all my banking needs by greeting customers at the door, asking them about their needs even before reaching a desk and providing all the answers and details! He is a very good employee and I will be coming back to this location simply because of his good works and kindness.

They make it extremely difficult to pay bills. Why can't I just link my bank account? You have to transfer back and forth and it's very confusing. I've never had a harder time simply trying to pay my bill than with Kitsap. Not trashing this particular location, just the CU itself

Can't give 0 stars so 1 it is. I'm a long time member and had some $$ taking from my account, which was fraud. Employee i delt with actually didn't file my claim like he was suppose to. I was lied to by 2 different employee's that my claim was processing, but was actually never filed. Then i went into the branch to see why it wasn't filed and why i was lied to twice. Not even an I'm sorry. All i was told was that they did file it. ANOTHER LIE!!
