we got the loan approved, We had to drive the car there and fan belt broke so we had a little trouble with it as to we had to get the repairs done so we had to reschedule or appointment. Got the belt on the way there and had to wait for for someone to get back from lunch. I was a little hot and uncomfortable due to working on the car, but in the end all was good.. Thx

I was overcharged by almost $50 each month for three months which caused my checking account to be overdrawn. When I brought it to their attention the were initially very kind said I’d have a check overnighted to me the next day. I went back to get another loan and then dats later they called and said the $150 they overcharged me they had already added into my second loan. I was very upset as I should’ve already received my check and asked for proof and they said there is no way to show me proof I am furious the I was scammed and they would have never even would have said anything to me for overcharging me for three months if my bank didn’t catch it and now I don't even get my money back!!!

Made me drive to town 3 times to bring in a different piece of paperwork each time. Have been dealing with them since they opened their doors and still can't seem to give me a answer on if I can get a loan. spent a half tank of gas just to have to keep bringing them another piece of paper that they forgot to ask me to bring the first one we talked.

The process was easy and straight forward. There was no pressure, and the staff were super friendly. I would definitely recommend MainOne to anyone looking for a loan.

Do not do business here, plain and simple. If you must, please be extra diligent to double check every piece of paperwork you sign, the special "offers" they tack on, and what type of loan you're getting.

One main Financial workers were great !,was expecting to a higher loan then I got, I don't like be told I qualify for one amount by someone else over the phone.Then told they can only do this amount at the bank. Also couldn't tell me why they couldn't give me a higher loan amount that I qualified for online and over the phone with the person that I talked to me from one main Financial. I was only able to get about half of what I was expecting to get so was only able to do half of what I was trying to do,To (help) get my finances back on track and help get my credit score higher for future home loan. Due to hard ships I was needing the loan to make things easier on Me and my Family. Thanks for the awesome customer service I received though.I took what was able to get due to credit being already checked and didn't want to start all over again looking for another loan, it took a lot of work and time to do the consolidation loan paperwork and (online stuff ). For the loan as it was .Personally I don't like my credit being affected by multiple times of running my credit for the same loan (at different banks).

Do not come here for loans. I know you probably need the money but it’s not worth it to do business through this establishment. Taking advantage of poor people with poor credit doesn’t even begin to describe how predatory this companies interest rates are on loans. I have paid more than 21k towards a 10k loan more than 5 years ago and still owe over 6k on it. I don’t want to use the word scam but please take my story and run to literally anywhere else. Even a shady guy with a coat in a dark alley would take less advantage of you than this company.

The whole experience was amazing from the time I walked in. The process took about 1 hour and the rates were good highly recommend OneMain Financial
