I appreciate the convenient location and friendliness of the person who helped me open my account at the Chehalis branch. I watched several interactions between the staff and branch members while opening my new account. It has the hometown feel and will be a good fit for me. My Family came here to inquire about a personal loan, they were met at the door and was told to go to a credit union instead. Without even asking or gathering information from us we were turned away. They must have seen our 2001 bird poop vehicle.

I've always been waited on in a timely manner and I have always been greeted by a smiling face. The drive up can be slow at times but so can everything else in life. No complaints, no worries.

I absolutely Love Timberland Bank ... I Have been dealing with Timberland for about 20 years and will NEVER, NEVER, EVER deal with any other bank!!! These guys rock always call me by name as I walk in and treat me like a family member... I deal with Yelm branch, Chehalis, Tacoma and Ocean Shores branches and every single time get amazing service... You guys rock...
