This one's tough. They used to be absolutely great up until maybe two years ago then idk what happened. One time a teller literally took the time to help me figure out how to pay a bill I didn't understand which was super nice. There's been countlesss other very positive experiences in the past. A lot of times they helped me with things and they didn't have to at all. But nowadays i'm not sure. Issue resolution seems to be confusing for some of them these days for example.
The technology can be pretty poor, such as the horrible SSB Mobile iPhone app which lacks features other small banks have, and the chips on the physical debit and credit cards. The fraud alerts are overbearing, afaik there's no way to exclude certain sites or countries from the alerts (which lock your account down.) The credit card payments, if you make one at 2pm on a Friday or throughout the weekend don't come out until mid day Monday. Which is weird. Some deposits take a lot of time to process.
