Once again this bank is amazing I worked with seka once more and she is nothing short of wonderful and great at what she does! Also Rachel was quick and very professional with what needed to be done im very happy with the service and people at this bank :)

Used to be good customer sevice. Now when someone deposits into your account they don't let you know who and have refused to rectify the situation. And when you open up their transactions page it is a nightmare to find any information that's current. way too many clicks. Just a really unuser friendly system. Wells Fargo and US Bank are a lot better at least on this area. You open them up and you can see all your transactions for the last 9 months right there. Umpqua Bank only tells you the transactions for that day. So much for the world's greatest Bank! LOL
