I was extremely unhappy with customer service. I went in to open a bank account because I am new to the area. I stood there patiently waiting my turn. When I was asked to have a seat several people came to the drive through, I then was told they were unable to help me and told me I could schedule an appointment.

Best financial institute, we have been with HZCU since 2002. And have no plans to leave, staff is great, courteous and attentive. We have had the same experiences at both Moses Lake and Deer Park branches. Thank you!

Wanted to set up a new business account here. But, good luck with that. Can't even reach someone on the phone there. I refuse to trust a place with my money if I can't just call and talk to someone during regular business hours.
