WaFd Bank, Deer Park, WA

This bank and the tellers are the finest that I have ever encountered. They are always friendly and do their job quickly and efficiently. I don't know where the bad reviews came from, but I suspect it is from the other banks in Deer Park who are jealous of the fine people in this bank. It just goes to show that some people are naturally sour.

I love that when you call the branch, a person answers the phone! No automated systems, no waiting for 10+ mins to talk to someone. Staff who are willing to help with your banking needs/concerns however they can.

Go to a different bank. This one is ridiculous. They hold anything over $200. So you can only trickle money in. The ATM rules change to fit the day I guess. I've never had such problems with like this and will be changing banks.

Need to use the bathroom go down the street to McDonalds. Roll your lose change in coin wrappers like they did in the 60's. No change machine for its customers. Open on Saturday for a few hours. Unheard of. I haven't see the vault. Maybe depositors money is under a mattress in a back room. Deer Park must have lots of bank robbers because all three banks say it's for security reasons no bathrooms. McDonalds is not affraid. Wake up and do some customer service. Will close my account soon and find a REAL CUSTOMER ORIENTED CREDIT UNION OR BANK!!

I don’t understand why I’m making payments on a card that has never been used I’m making payments faithfully for what and why was I charged 103,00 interest. This doesn’t make sense. Help please!

Great Customer Service! they help you thru any problem and any concern. They treat their customers like family. You get a real person when calling to a branch and always happy to help.

I've been banking with this location for over 4 years. Every time I've gone in, they have been super helpful and pleasant. :)
