I have been waiting since September to hear back from. Melissa Bergren. I get short answers but all there is no clear answer. I understand that sometimes a home loan outlook is not so good and I let her know I just wanted to know if a loan is possible or not. No answer. Worst customer service ever. She is very nice and polite but lack.of communication is so frustrating. Least she can do is say sorry a home loan is not likely for you.....but to just leave someone waiting and hanging is not okay.

So far I have had the pleasure of working with Kimmy McNutt, Melissa Bergren, and Jordan Ruhle. Each has provided great communication, education to clients, and they are all joys to work with. When I'm working with these individuals, I know I don't need to micromanage the transaction which is such a relief!
