Worst online banking/mobile deposit I've ever used at any bank. If you want a good online banking app, this isn't for you lol. And if you try to mobile deposit? Don't expect the money for a while. It has to approved by someone in the bank apparently. So it's literally easier to drive all the way to the bank & put it in the ATM which allows you to use $225 of whatever you deposit in the ATM. But you deposit that same check in mobile deposit & you'll likely have to wait up to a day or two for ANY of the funds to be accessible. It's 2022. Get with the times. Likely switching banks again.

Customer service was okay. However it made me very uncomfortable when employee was almost yelling over the phone to probably other employee. Seriously, even if it's training or whatever purpose, using public space to yell is not professional.

Amazing, top-notch team! My family is so thankful for all the support and knowledge from the entire Cashmere team. They also upgraded their online banking! Which is great, but my review is really for the team we work with face-to-face. With something as important as banking, it is great to met with someone and navigate the process together!
