Lisa super nice , would give 5 stars for customer service , but as a whole beyond disappointed, 700 credit score , gave all my personal and bank info to co sign for my son for a $5000 loan on truck with $1500 down, was told a slam dunk , all because my direct deposit came my my attorney which I have a pension for life which I sent all my documents and have I never given so much personal information for an auto loan let alone co-signer . I guess everything happens for a reason . Thank you Lisa for good customer service but stressing how much personal bank info I gave to be denied. Sadly I talked to my Honda dealer where I bought two cars and already approved for for any car on there lot which I’m not gonna use.

Worst customer service. They get you all excited about getting approved, they even say we dont base it off your credit. Thats exactly what happened. Just scammers trying to line their pockets. Your not here to help anyone but yourselves.

Super professional. Chad really went out of his way to help me. One of the nice things about Lend Mark is there open on Saturday during the month of December. Make sure to ask for Chad when you arrive.

Stay away from these scammers.

Beware...they will offer to loan you more money and then they will close your account and open a different one which hits your credit really hard due to closed account.

The only reason they got a 2 star was I needed a transmission. My 6000.00 loan cost me 11,000. Paid off yesterday. They believe they are there for you and are in the beginning but I would avoid at ALL costs not only this company but others like it. Probably distroys many lives a couple years in to this debt.
