Waste of my time and energy. Asked me so many pics of vehicles and takes long time then asked unprofessional questions and said decline my application. I don’t understand why did not ask before application process. I do not recommend this company! Be aware! Unprofessional

I had a 5 year personal loan with them. They were helpful when I needed it but I wish I would have read the fine print. I didn’t even realize how high my interest was until 3 years into it. Regardless it was great to help build my credit but sucked because of high interest. I think my $8k loan turned into $18k after making all the payments with interest.

Will never use again. Unprofessional behaviour. Argued with me over a misunderstanding about autodebit, and talked over me so that I could not speak. One of the worst experiences ever with customer service. Bizarre! Avoid completely and do not use.

I have had 2 personal loans at this branch and I get an email that said I was pre-qualified for a loan at a 2% discount. The workers that helped me the first two times were great. Seems to be a new group of employees? Do not deal with Kevin he is not professional. Told me he run numbers and call me. Never did!

In the past, I have used OMF, and had nothing but smooth sailing. This time, it was incredibly difficult to get anything completed. My loan was approved 12 days ago, and I have still not been funded. I'm so unhappy with this experience.

Piss poor customer service. I literally had to threaten them with harassment claims to have them stop calling me when I have never missed a payment on my account whatsoever and autopay each month. Left a voicemail regarding my account and was told that because I told them not to call me they can’t even return my voicemail regarding my account. I have a near perfect credit score, and they still want my car as collateral. I would recommend Lending Club over OneMain any day of the week. Don’t waste your time unless you want them to test your patience and your credit.

I have to say the staff at the Everett office is absolutely the best. I had an issue and Jason didn't hesitate to help me fix it. Everyone here is kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to do business with. Thank you Jason for turning a bad day great again.
