The manager and team were awesome! They were extremely helpful, understanding, patient and knowledgeable working thru the steps of a large transaction. Highly recommend the services and staff at this branch.

Since the Manager of Rite Aid sent me here because he didnt want to help me with a problem with my money transaction on WU. Here I found an angel who helped me to fix the problem. I have my grandma that is really sick and needs the money for hospital. And when Rate Aid refused to help me, after 3 hours of trying with WU on the phone and going back and forth, here they solved the problem in less than 30 min.

I just visited this store to send money to a family member who was abroad and needed the money urgently. I wanted to send $4,000. A skinny young lady told me I needed two pieces of ID. I had my Real ID from WA, so I asked if sending less would only require my driver's license. She told me I needed a passport. I went home, got my US passport, and returned. A racist, Karen-type, (very large) female told me, out of the blue, they would not send the money 'cause my transaction was 'fishy'. Worst attitude and no common sense. Never again yo do any kind of business with them. Their business is fishy, lending money with highest interest rate % ever, terrible predatory lending practices. I went to Rite Aid in Pasco and in minutes I had the transaction concluded.

Called to talk to customer service and lady who answered was very short on the phone.

This place is horrible for business, fair warning if they are short on cash and you accept money orders in instead of actual cash, they will charge you 1% to cash them. I took my aunt to get cash from Netspend card that they issued her here so she feels thats where her trust is, the guy told us that because of so many stimulus checks (weeek of Apr. 6th) they were really short on cash and were limiting only $1000 cash withdrawals per customer, but a money order could be an option if a bigger withdrawal was needed, so we agreed to accept 2 money orders for $1000 each, and asked if we didn't need them could we come at a later date, he said yes just don't separate the receipt from the m.o. (5/14: i tried to return them unused, not a mark on them and the receipt were intact) Well, I accepted 2 for $1000 each and now they want $20 to cash them, even after explaining to the teller the situation and she looked them up and confirmed my story, she told me that she was being told she still had to charge 1% fee per hundred, she even sounded disappointed at her response, so not bringing any business to you! Really disappointed in money hungry businesses, even with covid they rip people off.

George is awesome we did his electrical work there a couple of times and I've cashed my check there more than a few times so I know him pretty well. He is very professional, I trust him with my money. He remembered that we did the electrical work which is awesome. Everyone there is honest and hard working. give George a raise before we pay him more to do our finances. :p

This branch is amazing, everyone greets you and more than one always is eager to help, they are genuine in their customer service, friendly and warm. Best part is they are quick, very efficient with paperwork, knowledgeable with any questions I have, it’s really nice to be served by a company who still practices real customer service! Thank you!

Gustavo helped me out when I went in, he was super kind and fast but also talkative and uplifting. Highly recommend going through this company their customer service is amazing…especially if you get to be helped by Gustavo. :)
