Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didn't make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

This is a great place to get a personal loan from if you have less than stellar credit and need it fast. I wanted to buy a boat that was too old for the bank to loan on and needed cash ASAP. The interest rates are high but the service was top notch. Lydia was great and I would recommend her to anyone. She was available at 9:01 A.M. and they open at 9. She was knowledgeable, honest, and low pressure. She was a rockstar! The process was so fast and simple, less than 24 hours from when I first applied to get money in my account with the loan being closed in about 6 hours. Thank you!

The actual loan process has been easy enough and I’ve appreciated the help but I have to say once you voice any concern, or waiver in the process, because you don’t understand loan lingo Roxy was quick to turn snarky and develop an attitude. Very unprofessional and yes, it’s safe to assume I caught an attitude after that. Lydia was super sweet though and I’ll happily be closing up the loan with her.

I would never recommend One main to anyone. Worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. The only people worth talking to would be Lydia she was very sweet and helpful and same for Eddie. But there was one woman who’s name I can’t quite remember just know it started with an R who was very rude to us during a very difficult time in our life’s. My husband had just lost his mom and everything was getting bad with Covid 19. We were late on a payment we explained why and she didn’t show we bit of sympathy. She was just rude and said we need to figure out how to pay our loan and that we didn’t qualify for assistance. Since one of us was technically working (part-time). With everything going on right now a little kindness goes a long way. Never again.

Received approval for the loan amount I was looking for after they pulled my credit. There was no indication that I would need collateral to receive the funds until they called me. Misleading potential costumers is no way to do business. Loan sharks. Go somewhere else .

I have been getting 2+ phone calls and voicemails daily, text messages, emails over this and last months payment. The voicemails are also extremely quiet, I can't even hear them unless I turn my phone all the way up AND on speaker. There have been times I have answered the phone and they immediately put me on hold. After THEY called ME! I explained that my husband isn't working and a family member just passed away, so things have been tough and I am working on a plan to catch up on payments. I've been told several times that they would set up a modification to help lower my payments for a couple months. Nothing. Even the district manager didn't do what he said he would. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not do business with this company.

I've received 10 phone calls the past 2 days, 3 pages, and 2 voice mails from them, after being a customer for 3+ years. They don't care about you.

The lady here hung up on me mid conversation on a complaint requesting to be put on a no call list never experienced such a level of unprofessional customer care and rudeness. Spoke to manager and he was able to handle it quickly. I hope that type of unprofessional service is handled.
